Shipping and Returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel delighted with your purchase. If you're unhappy with your order, you can return it within 50 days of receiving it. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over €50,€70 or €100, this depends on your location. Orders below this amount will incur a standard shipping fee of €3.95 within the Netherlands and between €6.95 and €9.95 within the rest of the available countries. How long does shipping take?
We strive to ship your order on the same working day if it is placed before 16:00. The delivery time will depend on your location, you’ll receive an estimated delivery date at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, check your inbox for the definitive delivery date and other tracking updates once your order ships.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we deliver only within certain coutnries in the European Union (EU) and the UK. We hope to expand our shipping options soon. For any specific inquiries, please visit our Contact page.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate order modifications or cancellations. You can email us at info@zendosleeps.com to request changes. However, due to our fast processing times, we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to initiate a return instead.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift packaging. Wrapped packages may not arrive at the quality our customers deserve, and we prioritize ensuring that every order reaches you in perfect condition.
